條款及細則Terms and Conditions

Promoter: Tai Cheong Jewellery and Goldsmith Limited

1. 參加資格年滿 18 歲、持有效香港身份證明文件、並能親身到本公司門市領獎之人士。本公司員工及其直系親屬不得參加。 Open to persons aged 18 or above holding a valid Hong Kong identity document who can collect the prize in person at our stores. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family are not eligible.
2. 參加辦法須同時完成：（一）於 tcjewellery.co 免費登記成為大昌會員；（二）追蹤本公司 Instagram 帳戶；（三）於指定貼文留言回答指定問題。各項缺一不可。 To enter you must complete all of the following: (i) sign up as a Tai Cheong member at tcjewellery.co; (ii) follow our Instagram account; (iii) answer the question in a comment on the designated post.
3. 免費參加參加本活動無須任何消費。 No purchase is necessary to enter.
4. 得獎方法由本公司評審團就留言之內容及心思評選得獎者，並非以抽籤或任何憑機會方式決定。 Winners are selected by the Promoter judging panel on the merit and thoughtfulness of the comment. Winners are not determined by chance or lot.
5. 公布及通知本公司將於 Instagram 公布結果，並以登記電郵及 Instagram 私訊通知得獎者。 Results are announced on Instagram. Winners are notified by their registered email and by Instagram direct message.
6. 領獎得獎者須於通知後 7 個曆日內回覆確認，並於領獎截止日前親臨門市出示身份證明文件領取。逾期視作放棄，本公司有權另行安排。 Winners must reply within 7 calendar days of notification and collect in person with photo identification before the collection deadline. Unclaimed prizes may be reallocated.
7. 獎品限制獎品不可兌換現金、不可轉讓、不設更換。 Prizes are not exchangeable for cash, not transferable and cannot be substituted.
8. 一人一帳戶每人只限一個會員帳戶。重複帳戶、虛假資料或以不正當方式參加者，本公司有權取消其資格。 One member account per person. Duplicate accounts, false information or any abuse of the promotion will result in disqualification.
9. 個人資料參加者提供之資料僅用於會員登記、本活動及本公司之會員通訊，可隨時退訂。 Personal data is used only for membership registration, this promotion and Tai Cheong member communications. You may unsubscribe at any time.
10. 最終決定權本公司保留隨時修改條款及細則之權利，並就本活動一切事宜保留最終決定權。 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and its decision on all matters is final.
11. 與 Meta 無關本活動與 Instagram 及 Meta Platforms 無關，並非由其贊助、支持或管理。參加者須向 Meta 完全免責。 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms. Participants release Meta completely.
